While non-profit organizations like Flathead Rapids were fundraising last month for the Great Fish Community Challenge (GCC), the GCC was also raising money to provide a match. This year was a banner year for the Great Fish Community Challenge!  Each non-profit will receive a 62% match on funds they raised up to $20K!!!! Flathead Rapids raised over $20K (thank you donors) so we received a $12,400 dollar match for a grand total of $33,230.00 donated. That is a lot of fundraising!!! What will we use it for?  As a club that once served two communities (Whitefish & Columbia Falls) who now focuses on the community of Columbia Falls only, we are able to cut some costs in half while some costs remain the same …with half the income. So, the board of directors and staff will be working diligently to ensure a sound financial structure that provides a quality soccer program in Columbia Falls while keeping costs as low as possible.  Integrity, accessibility, and quality are our top priorities!   Thank you donors!  Thank you Great Fish Community Challenge!  Your generosity helps us continue to bring great soccer to Columbia Falls!
